Tess is a face painter, body painter and airbrush artist that is based in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca and services a wide area of the Inland Empire which includes Riverside County, San Bernardino County and the San Gabriel Valley. Tess can paint about 15 faces per hour with our normal design options and can paint up to about 20 faces per hour when she does only simple designs.
