About Memorabl Event Entertainment

Memorable Event Entertainment is an event entertainment agency that was started in 2011 by a face painter named Cynnamon, in Riverside, Ca. They have offices in Bloomington, Ca and Rancho Cucaonga, Ca in San Bernardino County, and they also manages a team of entertainers based in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as this team covering all of the Southern California region.

What kind of entertainment do we do?

Our entertainment agency offers children enterainment, corporate event entertainment, family event entertainment, school festival entertainment, city event entertainment, medical center entertainment, company picnic entertainment, holiday event ent, and more! We even send our photo booths, and sometimes our face painters, balloon artists and caricature artists to many weddings throughout the year! We have also offered face painting and body painting at adult music and art festivals and we do a handful of “pay-per-face” events per year, but we always prefered paid gigs. Our team of entertainers all do this for a living and we really only have the ability to make money on the weekeneds, so saving an event in our calendar for an unknown amount of money is not ideal, but sometimes we do it. ;) Our face painters will also do individual appoinments during the Mexican holiday, Day of the Dead/Dia de los Muertos (caterinas/sugar skulls), Halloween and for things like costum parties and masquerades but we prefer to keep our 1 hour minimum so booking 2 faces in 1 hour is perfect for these more intricate, fantasy makeup designs!

What Entertainment Services do you offer?

We offer face painters, body painters, balloon twisters, clowns, Princess characters (Elsa, Snow White, Belle, Cinderella), Superhero characters (Wonder Woman, Spiderman, Batman, Black Panther), big headed costume charactes (Mickey & Minnie Mouse as well as Hello Kitty), caricature artists, henna artists, jugglers, magicians, forutne tellers, type writing poets and photo booth rentals (both enlclosed booths and open-air photo booths).

What is your Service Area?

We cover all of the Inland Empire, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, Orange County, Los Angeles County and San Deigo County! Is your event in Central California or the Northern California Bay Area? We can cover that too with an equally large team all across California!

  • We will cover your Cancelation!

    In the event that your entertainer ends up sick or has an emergency cancelation, we immediately do what we can to fill the event to ensure you are not left without an entertainer. We will contact every entertainer we work with and if none of them are availalabe, we will reach out to others outside of our company just to save your event! Before doing so, we will vet the entertainer by checking their work, reading reviews and interviewing them to ensure they know our company policies. If we are unable to replace the exact entertainment servcie you booked, we will send the next best thing you agree to.

  • Our Organization & Logistics

    Logistics, communication and organization is key to running a successful entertainment agency with so many event entertainers to manage, and clients to communicate with. With so many years of experience, we have our system down. We use a calendar system called Simply Book me, which sends emails and text confirmations to both the client and the entertainer, and we do confirmations of our events every week leading up to the weekend. We also have an assistant named Susana that helps from March through November, which is the busiest times of our year! Learn more about her below…

Meet our Logistics queen

One of the many ways we stay organized and on top of our entertainers and their bookings is with an assistant we call our “Logistics Queen”, Susana. She is not only an incredible soul, she is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, and assists with taking calls and emails, sending invoices and communicating with clients and artists to ensure that everyone is organized and coordinated properly.
